The following checklists explain how to enter details for new employees into Millennium.

To set up a new front desk employee successfully, complete the following steps in numerical order.

3. Define a User Login Define a user login for the employee and assign the user login to a security group related to the employee's job function. |

4. Define the Employee's Schedule Define a schedule so that you can schedule appointments with the employee and/or the employee can ring up sales through the Register. |

To set up a new service provider successfully, complete the following steps in numerical order.

5. Define Appointment & Services Specify the services that the employee performs and the time required to complete each service. |

6. Define Online Booking Preferences If you use Online Booking, you need to make the employee available for booking online. |

7. Define a User Login Define a user login for the employee and assign the user login to a security group related to the employee's job function. |

8. Define the Employee's Schedule Define a schedule so that you can schedule appointments with the employee and/or the employee can ring up sales through the Register. |
