Defining a Monthly Schedule

Note:  The following guide explains how to define a monthly schedule for an employee that works the same days each week and the same hours each day.  If you need to define a schedule for an employee that works different hours each day, click here for instructions.


  1. Select Schedules > Monthly Schedules.

The Monthly Schedules window displays.

  1. Click on the Month selector until the correct month displays.

  1. Select the employee to schedule.

  2. Hold down the Ctrl key and select the days to schedule.

  3. Click Schedule Selected Dates.

The Schedule Editor displays.

  1. In the Scheduled section, complete the following for each work activity you want to schedule:

  1. In the In and Out fields, select the start and finish times for the work activity.

  2. In the Activity field, select the work activity to schedule.

  3. In the Resource field, select the resource used for the work activity.

  1. Click Save.
