Select Data > Employees > Employee Information.
The Employee Information window displays.
Click Insert Line.
In the Description of License field, type the name of the employee's license.
In the License # field, type the identifying number for the license.
In the Valid From field, select the date from which the license is valid.
In the Expires On field, select the expiration date for the license.
Click Insert Line.
In the Insurance Description field, type the name of the insurance policy.
In the Policy # field, type the policy number for the insurance.
In the Valid From field, select the date from which the insurance coverage is valid.
In the Expires On field, select the expiration date for the insurance coverage.
