Configuring Security Settings

When you first install Millennium, employees can access any feature.  To control employee access with user login accounts, you must set up enable password security on the Business Information window.


  1. Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.

The Business Information window displays.

  1. Click Edit and click the Preferences tab.
  1. Select "General" in the Category field.
  1. Select Use Password Security and select "Login ID and Password" in the adjacent field.
  2. In the Only Store Last _ Days of Data in Log field, select the number of days after completion that you want to keep details of user activity displayed on the Activity Log.
