Controlling employee access to Millennium is vital in your attempts to safeguard sensitive data and prevent security breaches.  The best way to control access to Millennium is with user login accounts.

When user login accounts are used, employees are required to type a login ID and password to access Millennium.  You must assign each user login account to a security group related to an employee's job function, so employees can only access features required to perform their duties.

Example:  Service providers do not require as much access as front desk personnel because they do not schedule appointments or ring up transactions.  Therefore, you can assign the user logins for service providers to the "Service Provider" security group so that these employees only have access to the limited features required to perform their duties, and do not have the ability to book appointments or ring up sales.
