Unlocking a User Login

If an employee cannot access Millennium because they typed their password incorrectly more than the permitted number of times, complete the following steps to unlock their user login.


  1. Access Millennium with an administrator account.

  2. Select Management > User Logins.

The User Login Maintenance window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  2. Select the user login, click the Maintenance tab, and click the Account tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  1. Click UNLOCK ACCOUNT.
