Resetting a Login Password

If an employee forgets their login password, you can reset the password to the employee's login ID and force the employee to create a new password the next time that they log in.


  1. Select Management > User Logins.

The User Login Maintenance window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  1. Select the user login, click the Maintenance tab, and click the Options tab.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select Force Password Change.
  4. Click Reset Password to Login ID.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Click Save.
