Viewing the Activity Log

1. Select Management > Activity Log.

The Activity Log displays with details of today's activity.

2. Complete the following to select the specific activity that you want to analyze:

• View the activity for a different date range = Select a date range in the From and To fields.

• View the activity for another Millennium user = Make a selection in the User Login field.

• View the activity on a specific computer = Make a selection in the Computer field.

• View the activity matching a keyword = Type a keyword in the Search field.

• Only display the instances where a user was denied access to a feature = Select Show Only Access Failures.

• Include activity that was cleared from the Activity Log = Select Show Deleted Entries.

3. Click Select Data.

A list of activities matching the specified criteria displays.

4. Complete the following as necessary:

• Export the activity log as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet

  1. Click .

  The Export Format window displays.

  2. Select Excel.

  3. In the Folder field, specify the location where you want to save the spreadsheet.

  4. In the Filename field, enter a name for the spreadsheet.

  5. Click Ok.

   

• Print the activity log

  1. Click Print.

  A print preview of the Activity Log Listing report displays.

  2. Click the Print button on the toolbar.

  The Print window displays.

  3. Select a printer and then click Print.
