Ringing Up a Package/Series

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Register displays.

  1. In the Paying Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.

  2. Review any notifications that display and take action where necessary.

The client's details display.

  1. Click Pkg/series.

The Pkg/Series Purchase window displays.

  1. Click Insert Pkg/series from List.

The Package Selection window displays.

  1. Select the package/series.
  2. Click Ok.
  3. Complete the following:
  1. In the Purchased For field, type the name of the recipient in "lastname,firstname" format, or double-click in the field and locate the recipient's profile using the Quick Search window.

  2. In the Sold By field, select the employee to credit with the sale.

  3. In the How did the customer hear about this pkg/series field, select how the client heard about the package/series.

  1. Complete the following as necessary:
  1. Click Save.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. Click  X .
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Sale.

The Payment Types window displays.

  1. Collect payment for the balance due.
