Rescheduling an Appointment

Method 1

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.
  2. Locate the column for the service provider.
  3. Click Move on the left side of the Appointment Book.
  4. Select the appointment to reschedule.
  5. Select the new date for the appointment.
  6. Select an available slot in which to reschedule the appointment.

Method 2

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.
  2. Locate the column for the service provider.
  3. Right-click on the appointment to reschedule and select Move > Cut (Reschedule).
  4. Select the new date for the appointment.
  5. Locate an available slot in which to reschedule the appointment.
  6. Right-click on the available slot and select Move > Paste.
