Click on the toolbar.
The Appointment Monitoring Station displays with today's appointments.
A list of appointments for the selected date displays.
The Appointment Editor displays.
The Cancellation Reasons window displays.
Notes:
If you selected a cancellation reason that charges the client a fee for cancelling, the Register displays. Process a payment for the cancellation fee as normal.
If a list of clients on standby displays, you should contact these clients to fill the opening created by the cancellation. Click here for instructions on how to fill an opening with a client on standby.
If you want to view details for the appointments cancelled within a specific date range, run the AQ230: Appointment Cancellations report.
