Cancelling Multiple Appointments

More Info:  If a client only needs to cancel a single appointment, click here for instructions.


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Monitoring Station displays with today's appointments.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.

A list of appointments for the selected date displays.

  1. Select the client's appointment.
  2. Click Edit Appt.

The Appointment Editor displays.

  1. Click Cancel with Reason.

The Cancellation Reasons window displays.

  1. Select the reason why the client is cancelling the appointment.
  2. Click Delete.
