Viewing Appointments Cancelled Via TeleVox

When a client responds cancels an appointment by responding to an automated confirmation call, Millennium does not remove the appointment from the Appointment Book.  However, you can view details for the appointments cancelled in this manner by completing the following steps.

Note:  You must set up the Millennium Auto-Confirm Service before you can use automated confirmation calls to confirm appointments.  Refer to the Millennium Services Setup Guide for instructions.


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. In the Date field, select the date for which to view cancellations.
  2. In the Appt Filter/Filter field, select "Cancelled via Televox".

Tip:  To remove the filter, click or Reset Filter on the Appointment Book toolbar.

  1. Cancel the appointments to remove them from the Appointment Book.
