Cancelling an Appointment

More Info:  If a client needs to cancel multiple appointments, click here for instructions.


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.
  2. Locate the column for the service provider.
  3. Right-click on the appointment to cancel and select Cancel with Reason.

The Cancellation Reasons window displays.

  1. Select the reason why the client is cancelling the appointment.
  2. Click Delete.
