Entering an Appointment Note

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Monitoring Station displays with today's appointments.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.

A list of appointments for the selected date displays.

  1. Select the client's appointment.
  2. Click Edit Appt.

The Appointment Editor displays.

  1. In the Notes field, type notes for the appointment.

  1. Select Check In to display the notes during check in.

  2. Select Ring Up to display the notes during ring up.

  3. Click Save.
