If a client received poor service or you want to reward a client for continued loyalty, you can manually award points to a client as a goodwill gesture.
Click on the toolbar.
The Appointments for window displays.
In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.
The client's details display.
The Points/Rewards History window displays.
The Manual Points/Value Override window displays.
Award a specific number of reward points = Type the number of reward points to award in the Add field.
Award a specific value of reward points = Type the monetary value of reward points to award in the points valued at field.
In the Expires field, select an expiration date for the points.
In the Reason field, type a note to explain the award.
The client's new points balance displays in the Total Points and Point Value fields.
