Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.
The Business Information window displays.
In the Default Split on Services fields, select the commission percentages to pay the primary and secondary service providers for performing a service.
In the Default Split on Retail fields, select the commission percentages to pay the primary and secondary employees for recommending a product.
