Recording a Job Application

When you are accepting applications for an open position, you can record the applications for suitable candidates on the Employment Applications window.


  1. Select Data > Employees > Employment Applications.

The Employment Applications window displays.

  1. Click New.

  2. Enter the applicant's biographical information.

  1. In the Classification list, select the classification for the open position.
  2. In the Application Date field, select the date when you received the application.
  1. Click Save.
