Converting an Applicant into an Employee

If you hire an applicant, you can define an employee profile for the applicant based on the information recorded in their job application.


  1. Select Data > Employees > Employment Applications.

The Employment Applications window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  1. Select the applicant and click the Maintenance tab.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select Hired.
  4. Select the date when you hired the applicant.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Yes.
  7. Click OK.
