Entering Interview Notes

After you have completed an interview, you can record your critique of the candidate and save this information along with their job application.


  1. Select Data > Employees > Employment Applications.

The Employment Applications window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  1. Select the applicant and click the Interview Information tab.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Complete the following:
  1. On the Education/Certifications tab, type details about the applicant's educational background and professional certifications.

  2. Click the Work Experience tab and type details about the applicant's relevant work experience.

  3. On the Interview Notes tab, type comments about the applicant's performance at the interview.

  4. Click the Salary/Commission Requirements tab and type the applicant's desired salary and/or commission.

  5. Click the Appearance/Professionalism tab and type comments about the applicant's appearance and level of professionalism.

  6. Click the References tab and type the contact details for the applicant's references.

  1. Complete the following if you offered a job to the applicant:

  1. In the Job Offered field, select the date you made the offer.

  2. In the Salary/Commission Offered field, type the salary and/or commission offered.

  1. Click Save.
