Ringing Up an Appointment

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. Locate the column for the employee who serviced the client.
  2. Right-click on the client's appointment and select Ring-Up/Check-Out.
  3. Review any notifications that display and take action where necessary.

The client's details display.

  1. Complete the following as necessary:

  1. Click Sale.

  1. Select one of the following options:
  1. Tell the client the balance due and ask whether they would like to apply a tip.
  1. Collect payment for the balance due.
  1. Complete the following if necessary:
