The Referral Types window allows you to define the sources of client referrals.
Note: You should define a referral type for every advertising medium you use so that you can track the effectiveness of your advertising spending.
Select Data > Referral Types.
The Referral Types window displays.
In the Referral Code field, type an identifying code for the referral type.
In the Description field, type the name of the referral type.
In the Cost field, type the cost to provide the referral type.
In the Cost Frequency field, select how often you must pay the cost.
