Creating a Service Dollars Spent Promotion

The following guide explains how to create a promotion to reward clients for every dollar spent on services.  The promotion created in this example has the following characteristics:


  1. Select Clients > Client Points/Rewards.

The Client Points/Rewards window displays.

  1. Click New.

  2. Complete the following:

  1. Type "2012 - 1 Point for Every Service $ Spent" in the Promotion Name field.

  2. Type "1/1/2012" in the Begins field.

  3. Type "1/1/2013" in the End field.

  4. Type "2/28/2013" in the Redeem by field.

  5. Type "1000 = $1.00" in the Redeeming Points fields.

  1. Select "Receive X times service purchase as points" in the Promotion Options list.

  2. Click Edit Settings.

  3. Type "1" in the Receive Points Equal to X Times Service Price field.

  4. Click Save Settings.

  5. Click Save.
