Payment Summary

The Payment Summary report displays the income from each monetary payment type used during the report date range.

Tip:  Run the Payment Summary report to verify that the income from each payment type uploaded to QuickBooks successfully.  If you run the MR080: Register Summary report in Millennium, the income totals that display on the left side of that report should match the totals that display on the Payment Summary report if you select the same date range for both reports.

Important:  The No payment method total is the amount of tips paid out of the cash drawer during the report date range.

Running the Payment Summary Report

  1. Open your company file in QuickBooks.

  1. Open AccountSync.

  2. Select the location for which to run the report.

  1. Select Reports > Payment Summary.

The Custom Summary Report window opens in QuickBooks with the Payment Summary report displayed.  The report shows details for the last date range of transactions uploaded to QuickBooks.
