Reactivating a Service

If you are going to start reselling a service that you deactivated, you can reactivate the service using the following steps.

1. Select Data > Services > Service Definitions.

The Service Definitions window displays.

2. Click the Listing tab.
3. Select the service and click the Maintenance tab.
4. Click Edit.
5. Deselect Inactive.

6. Click Save.

You can now schedule appointments for the service and ring up the service.
