The Service Equipment window allows you to define the equipment required to perform services. Once you define service equipment, you can assign the equipment to a service and prevent clients booking appointments at times when the equipment is unavailable.
Select Data > Services > Service Equipment.
The Service Equipment window displays.
In the Code field, type an identifying code for the equipment.
In the Equipment Description field, type the name of the equipment.
In the Quantity field, specify the quantity of the equipment you have available.
