Defining a Tanning Package

If you sell tanning services, you must define tanning packages before you can sell tanning services through Millennium.

Notes:

• You must select "YES" for the Show Tanning Button preference on the Business Information window before you can sell tanning packages.  Click here for instructions on how to configure this preference.

• In addition, you must define your tanning beds.  Click here for instructions.

1. Select Data > Tanning > Tanning Packages.

The Tanning Packages window displays.

2. Click New if another tanning package has already been defined.
3. Complete the following:

1. In the Tanning Code field, type an identifying code for the tanning package.

2. In the Package Description field, type a name for the package.

Example:  10 Session Package, 10 Hour Package, or 10 Week Package.

3. In the Package Type field, select one of the following options:

• Select By Session and type the number of tanning sessions to include.

• Select By Time and type the amount of time to include.

• Select By Number of Weeks and type the number of weeks to include.

4. In the Expire This Tanning Package _ Weeks after Purchase field, select the number of weeks after purchase that clients have to redeem the package items, or select "0" if you do not want to set an expiration date for the package.

5. In the Tanning Package Price field, type the price to charge for the package.

4. Click Save.
