Reactivating a Gift Certificate

If you are going to start reselling a gift certificate that you deactivated, you can reactivate the gift certificate using the following steps.

  1. Select Data > Packages/Series.

The Gift Certificate Types window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  2. Select the gift certificate and click the Maintenance tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Deselect Inactive.
  5. Click Save.

You can now ring up the gift certificate.
