The Top N/Bottom N window allows you to analyze the best and worst selling products in your inventory. You can also use the Top N/Bottom N window to determine the clients that spend the most/least on products and the employees that sell the most/least products.
Select Inventory > Top N/Bottom N.
The Top N/Bottom N window displays.
Top N (most sold) = Select to view the best products/clients/employees.
Bottom N (least sold) = Select to view the worst products/clients/employees.
In the Distributor field, select a distributor for which to view data or leave the field blank to view data for all distributors.
In the Manufacturer field, select a manufacturer for which to view data or leave the field blank to view data for all manufacturers.
In the Class field, select a product class for which to view data or leave the field blank to view data for all product classes.
Specific Number = Enter the number to display in the Show Top field (e.g. Top 10 or Top 25).
Specific Percentage = Select % and enter the percentage to display in the Show Top field (e.g. Top 10% or Top 25%).
Products = Select to display data on the best-selling/worst-selling products.
Clients = Select to display data on the clients who purchased the most/least products.
Employees = Select to display data on the employees who sold the most/least products.
Base Sales on Quantity Sold = Select to sort the data by the number of products sold.
Base Sales on Amount Sold = Select to sort the data by the sales revenue generated.
The rankings display on the right side of the window.
