Viewing Average Markup & Sales History

The Average Retail Markup w/ Sales History window displays the average markup and monthly sales for the products supplied by specific distributors and manufacturers over a 12-month period.

Select Inventory > Avg Markup % and Sales History.

The Average Retail Markup w/ Sales History window displays.

Select one of the following options:

Distributor = Select a distributor for which to view data or leave the field blank to view data for all distributors.
Manufacturer = Select a manufacturer for which to view data or leave the field blank to view data for all manufacturers.

In the Year field, select the year for which to view data.
Click Calculate Totals.

The data the selected distributor and/or manufacturer displays.

Complete the following as necessary:

View the number of products sold each month
1. Select Quantities.
The number of products sold each month displays.
1. Select Amount to view the product sales revenue generated each month.
View a graph of the sales data
1. Click Graph.
A bar chart of the sales data displays.
1. Complete the following as necessary:
- View a legend for the graph = Select Show Legend.
- View a different type of graph = Select a graph in the Graph Format field at the top of the window.
Print the sales data
1. Click Print.
A print preview displays.
1. Click the Print button on the toolbar.
The Print window displays.
1. Select a printer.
2. Click Print.
