Ringing Up a Tanning Session

Important:  You can only ring up a client for a tanning session if they have purchased a tanning package.  Click here for instructions on how to ring up a tanning package.

1. Select Register > Tanning Session.

The Tanning Sessions window displays.

2. Click New.
3. Complete the following:

1. In the Tanning Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.

2. In the Tanning Package field, select the tanning package from which to redeem a session.

Tip:  Click Tanning Sales/Usage to view the usage history for the client's tanning package.

3. In the Bed Used field, select the tanning bed used for the session.

4. In the Tanning Minutes field, select the length of the tanning session in minutes.

4. Click Save.

A notification displays with the number of sessions the client has used in their package.

5. Click OK.
