Viewing Sales Statistics

The Sales Statistics window displays a comparison between the sales today, this week, this month, this quarter, and this year with the sales last week, last month, last quarter, and last year. This allows management personnel to view the percentage increase or decrease in sales over time and determine the areas that are ahead or behind or projected goals.

Select Register > Sales Statistics.

An analysis of the sales for all employees combined displays.

Complete the following as necessary:

View the quantity of items sold at each interval
1. Select Quantities.
The quantity of items sold at each interval displays.
1. Select Totals to redisplay the revenue generated at each interval.
View/print a list of the items sold at a particular interval
1. Double-click the sales statistic for which to print details.
Tip: Double-click the This Month sales statistic in the Services column if you want to print details of the services sold this month.

A window displays with details of the items that were sold during the specified interval.
1. Click Print.
A print preview of the sales data displays.
1. Click the Print button on the toolbar.
The Print window displays.
1. Select a printer.
2. Click Print.
View data for specific employees
1. Click Select.
The Employee Selection List window displays.
1. Select the employee(s).
2. Click Ok.
