Looking Up Membership Details

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointments for window displays.

  1. In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.

The client's details display and a membership icon indicates the status of their membership.

Note:  The blue membership icon in this example indicates the membership is active and within the original membership term.  Click here for more information on membership icons.

Tip:  If the indicator displays, the client has prepaid services available to redeem.  To view details for these prepaid services, click to display the Package Balances window.

  1. Right-click on the client's name and select Edit/View This.

The client's profile displays.

  1. Click Edit.

  2. Click Membership.

The Membership Maintenance window displays with the billing and freeze history for the membership.

  1. Click the Discounts & Services tab.

The membership discounts the client is entitled to receive display.

  1. Click the Membership History tab.

The client's membership purchase and renewal history displays.
