Click on the toolbar.
The Appointments for window displays.
In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.
The client's details display and a membership icon indicates the status of their membership.
Note: The blue membership icon in this example indicates the membership is active and within the original membership term. Click here for more information on membership icons.
Tip: If the indicator displays, the client has prepaid services available to redeem. To view details for these prepaid services, click
to display the Package Balances window.
Right-click on the client's name and select Edit/View This.
The client's profile displays.
Click Edit.
Click Membership.
The Membership Maintenance window displays with the billing and freeze history for the membership.
Click the Discounts & Services tab.
The membership discounts the client is entitled to receive display.
Click the Membership History tab.
The client's membership purchase and renewal history displays.
