Estimating Revenue from Scheduled Appointments

The Estimate Service Sales and Cash Flow window displays the estimated revenue for appointments scheduled during the specified date range.

Select Appointments > Estimate Service Sales/Cash Flow.

The Estimate Service Sales and Cash Flow window displays.

Select the date range to analyze.

Select the employee(s) to analyze.

Click Calculate Totals.

The estimated sales and cash flow totals for the selected date range display, sorted by service class. Following are descriptions of the data that displays.

Clients = Number of clients due in for an appointment.
Quantity = Number of appointments scheduled.
Revenue = Estimated revenue from the scheduled appointments.
GC = Estimated revenue from gift certificate redemptions.
Pkg = Estimated revenue from package/series redemptions.
Points = Estimated revenue from reward points redemptions.
Projected Cash Flow (less gc/pkg/points) = Estimated cash revenue, calculated as follows:

Total Income – Total GC – Total Pkg – Total Points

Projected Average Service Ticket = Estimated average spend per ticket.

Complete the following as necessary:

Print the data
1. Click Print.
A print preview of the Estimated Service Sales report displays.
1. Click the Print button on the toolbar.
The Print window displays.
1. Select a printer.
2. Click Print.
Export the data as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
1. Click .
The Export Format window displays.
1. Select Excel.
2. In the Folder field, specify the location where you want to save the spreadsheet.
3. In the Filename field, enter a name for the spreadsheet.
4. Click Ok.
