Sending an Appointment Reminder

To send clients details about their recently scheduled appointment or to update them about changes to an existing appointment, you can send an appointment reminder.

Notes:  You must complete the following before you can send appointment reminders:


  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays.

  1. In the Date field, select the date of the appointment.
  2. Locate the column for the service provider.
  3. Right-click on the appointment and select Reminder > SMS/Email/SMS & Email.

Tip:  Clients can unsubscribe from text message reminders by replying "RMSTOP" to a reminder.
