If a client does not show up for their appointment, you should change the status of the appointment to No Show. This allows you to track the instances when the client failed to show up for an appointment.
Click on the toolbar.
The Appointment Monitoring Station displays.
The status of the appointment changes to NO SHOW.
Notes:
If you use the Auto-Page System and the employee has a pager, the employee receives a message to inform them that the client is a no-show.
If you marked the client as a no-show by mistake, open the Appointment Book, right-click on the client's appointment and select No Show > Undo No Show to cancel the status change.
