Defining a Membership Cancellation Reason

The Membership Cancellation Reasons window allows you to define membership cancellation reasons so that you can accurately track the reasons why clients are cancelling their memberships.


  1. Select Data > Memberships > Membership Cancellation Reasons.

The Member Cancellation Reasons window displays.

  1. Click New.

  2. In the Membership Cancellation Reason field, type the cancellation reason.

  3. Click Save.
