When a client freezes a membership, the membership term extends to cover the period of the freeze.
Example: If a client freezes their membership for 60 days, the membership term extends by 60 days.
Click on the toolbar.
The Appointments for window displays.
In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.
The client's details display.
Right-click on the client's name and select Edit View/This.
The client's profile displays.
Click Edit.
Click Membership.
The Membership Maintenance window displays.
Click Play.
Click Yes.
A notification displays with the new expiration date for the membership.
Tip: Click Yes if the Minimum Freeze Duration NOT Reached message displays.
Click OK.

Click Ok.
Click Save.
