Freezing a Membership

If a membership is set up to allow freezing, a client can freeze their membership if they encounter illness, military leave, or temporary relocation.  This allows the client to extend the term of their membership and not lose any membership privileges during a time when they are unavailable.  The client can then unfreeze their membership when they are able to use their membership privileges again.

Important:  When a client freezes their membership, they cannot receive discounts or prepaid services for the duration of the freeze period.
