If a client moves away and will no longer visit your business, you should deactivate the client's profile. This gives you the flexibility to reactivate the client's profile in the future.
Important: When you deactivate a client's profile, Millennium imposes the following restrictions:
Employees cannot select to schedule an appointment or ring up a sale for the client.
The client will not receive promotional emails or letters defined using Millennium.
Click on the toolbar.
The Appointments for window displays.
In the Client field, type the client's name in "lastname,firstname" format and press Enter, or double-click in the field and locate the client's profile using the Quick Search window.
The client's details display.
Right-click on the client's name and select Edit View/This.
The Client Information window displays.
Deactivating Multiple Client Profiles
