Posting Charges

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays with today's appointments.

  1. Locate the column for the employee who serviced the guest.
  2. Right-click on the guest's appointment and select Ring-Up/Check-Out.

The Register displays with a ticket for the services received by the guest.

  1. Add additional items to the ticket as necessary and click Sale.

The Payment Types window displays.

  1. Click Post to Guest.

The Post to Guest window displays.

  1. Type the guest's last name or room number in the Guest Last Name/Room # field and press Enter.

The guest's details display.

Tip:  If there is more than one guest with the same last name, select the correct guest in the Search Results list.

  1. In the Tip Amount field, type the gratuity the guest wants to give the service provider.
  2. Click Post.

The Change Due window displays.
