Posting Charges

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays with today's appointments.

  1. Locate the column for the employee who serviced the guest.
  2. Right-click on the guest's appointment and select Ring-Up/Check-Out.

The Register displays with details for the service(s) received by the guest.

  1. Add additional items to the ticket as necessary and click Sale.

The Post to Guest window displays.

Tip:  If the Post to Guest window does not display, click Post to Guest on the Payment Types window.

  1. In the Tip Amount field, type the gratuity the guest wants to give the service provider.
  2. Complete one of the following:

Note:  If you are unable to post charges successfully, you may have entered the wrong login credentials for your Galaxy LightSpeed account on the LightSpeed Interface Settings window.  If you attempt to post a charge four times with the incorrect login credentials, Galaxy LightSpeed will lock your account and you will need to contact Galaxy Customer Support to get your account unlocked.  Click here for instructions on how to enter/update your login credentials.

The Change Due window displays.

  1. Complete one of the following:

 

Refunding Charges
