Posting Charges

  1. Click on the toolbar.

The Appointment Book displays with today's appointments.

  1. Locate the column for the employee who serviced the guest.
  2. Right-click on the guest's appointment and select Ring-Up/Check-Out.

The Register displays with a ticket for the services received by the guest.

  1. Add additional items to the ticket as necessary and click Sale.

The Post Charges to Guest Room window displays.

Tip:  If the Post Charges to Guest Room window does not display, click Post to Guest on the Payment Types window.

  1. In the Tip Amount field, type the gratuity the guest wants to give the service provider.
  2. Complete one of the following:

The Change Due window displays.

Refunding Charges
