One of the most important features of Central Office is the ability to transfer a gift certificate, package, series, or prepaid service between locations. In order to transfer a liability successfully, a number of conditions must be met.

Gift Certificates The gift certificate type being transferred must exist in the Millennium database at the receiving location, and the Global ID of this gift certificate type must be same at the transferring and receiving locations. |

Packages The package type and package items being transferred must exist in the Millennium database at the receiving location, and the Global IDs of the package type and package items must be the same at the transferring and receiving locations. |

Series The series type and the series items being transferred must exist in the Millennium database at the receiving location, and the Global IDs of the series type and the series items must be the same at the transferring and receiving locations. |

Prepaid Services The prepaid service being transferred must exist in the Millennium database at the receiving location, and the Global ID of the prepaid service must be the same at the transferring and receiving locations. |
