The next step is to configure security settings for service providers and junior employees so that they can view their own appointments, goals, sales totals, and schedule in RemoteBusiness.
Access Millennium with an administrator account.
Select Management > Security Groups.
The Security Groups window displays.
The Security Administration for: REMOTEBUSINESS EMPLOYEE window displays.
Complete the following:
Select "REMOTEBUSINESS" in the Main Topic field.
Select "CLIENTS" in the Sub Topic field.
Click Select All.
Click Apply.
Select "EMPLOYEES" in the Sub Topic field.
Click Select All.
Click Apply.
The User Login Maintenance window displays.
Select Allow Individual RemoteBusiness Web Access.
Select Allow Access to Client History/Formulas.
Important: When you select Allow Access to Client History/Formulas, the employee will only have read-only access to client data and cannot edit or delete client details.
