Deactivating a Package/Series

If you are going to stop selling a package/series or only want to sell a package/series at specific times of year, you should deactivate the package/series.  This allows you to keep the sales and usage history for the package/series and gives you the flexibility to reactivate the package/series in the future.

Important:  When you deactivate a package/series, you cannot ring up the package/series.  However, clients can still redeem packages/series purchased before the deactivation.


  1. Select Data > Packages/Series.

The Pkg/Series window displays.

  1. Click the Listing tab.
  2. Select the package/series and click the Maintenance tab.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select Inactive.
  5. Click Save.
