Entering Basic Business Information

  1. Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.

The Business Information window displays.

  1. Click Edit.
  2. Complete the following:
  1. In the Business Name field, type the name of your business.

  2. In the Address field, type the street address for your business.

  3. In the Phone field, type the phone number for your business.

  4. In the Fax field, type the fax number for your business.

  5. In the Web Site field, type the address of your web site.

  6. In the E-Mail field, type the contact email address for your business.

  7. In the Business Size field, type the approximate size of your business in square feet.

Tip:  When you make an entry in this field, you can use the MA230: Revenue by Sq. Foot report to track the revenue per square foot generated by each department.

  1. In the My Business is Best Described As a field, select the option that best describes your business or click Other and type the term you use to describe your business.

  1. Click Purchase Order BILL TO and SHIP TO.

The Purchase Order BILL TO and SHIP TO Information window displays.

  1. Type the billing and shipping addresses to display on purchase orders created in Millennium.

Tip:  If your billing and shipping address are the same, select Ship to Same as Bill to.

  1. Click Ok.
  2. Click Save.
