Configuring the Navigation Center

The Navigation Center provides easy access to commonly used features and displays important metrics to keep you informed about the performance of each profit center.  To make using the Navigation Center easier, you can configure the Navigation Center to display automatically once you log in to Millennium and select to hide graphs.

  1. Select Data > Business Information and Preferences.

The Business Information window displays.

  1. Click Edit and click the Preferences tab.
  2. Select "General" in the Category field.
  1. Move to the Preferences list and make selections using the following table as a guide:

Show graphs on the Navigation Center

Select to display graphs on the Navigation Center.

Select if you do not want to display graphs.  When you select to hide the graphs on the Navigation Center, you can click the Show Graph button to make a graph display.

Show the Navigation Center on Startup

Select to display the Navigation Center after you log in to Millennium.

Select if you do not want to display the Navigation Center after you log in.  When you select this option, you can click a button on the toolbar to display the Navigation Center.

  1. Click Save.

  1. Restart Millennium.
