The Slow Moving Inventory Wizard analyzes your products and identifies the ones that are moving slowly, which allows you to prevent a costly surplus of unsold inventory.
This wizard identifies slow-moving inventory using the following criteria:
Once you identify the slow-moving products in your inventory, you can select to lower the model quantity, lower the order point, or place the products on sale. These actions help to clear your shelves of slow-moving inventory so you can stock items that are more popular.

Select Include Discontinued to include deactivated products in the analysis.
In the Distributor field, select a distributor to analyze products supplied by that distributor.
In the Manufacturer field, select a manufacturer to analyze products made by that manufacturer.
In the Class field, select a product class to analyze the products in that product class.
that have a turn rate less then _ times = Select this option and select the turn rate below which products are classed as slow moving. Select a date range in which to analyze turn rates in the From and To fields.

that have not been sold in _ weeks = Select this option and select the number of weeks since the last sale after which products are classed as slow moving.
