Note: The following guide explains how to delete the schedules for one or multiple employees within a specified date range. If you just need to delete an employee's schedule on a specific date, click here for instructions.
Click on the toolbar.
The Employee Schedules window displays.
Click Delete.
The Delete Schedules window displays.
Select one of the following options:
Delete the schedules within a specific date range = Select dates in the Delete Schedules Between fields.
Delete all schedules = Select Delete ALL future schedules for selected employees.
Select the employee(s) for whom to delete schedules.
Complete the following as necessary:
Select Delete non-work time (vacations, etc.) = Select to delete any "non-work time" work activities that are scheduled.
Note: You can define a work activity as "non-work time" by deselecting Show as Work Time on the Work Activities window.
Select Also Delete Actual Time if it exists to delete details of the actual time worked by the selected employee(s).
Click Delete.
