Note: The following guide explains how to adjust an employee's schedule on multiple days at once, where the employee is due to work the same hours each day. If you need to adjust an employee's schedule on a specific day, click here for instructions.
Select Schedules > Monthly Schedules.
The Monthly Schedules window displays.
Click on the Month selector until the correct month displays.
Select the employee.
Hold down the Ctrl key and select the days you need to adjust.
Click Schedule Selected Dates.
The Schedule Editor displays.
Click Edit.
Make adjustments in the Scheduled section.
Tip: If you want to remove a scheduled work activity, select the work activity and click Delete Line.
Click Save.
Tip: The Last Changed By timestamp in the top right corner of the Schedule Editor displays details for the last adjustment.
